T	Tom Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and ordered one cab, to pick up and take us to the airport. Was told it would be 10-15 mins...45-60 mins later, it finally did. We were late for our flight and our driver had no reason as to why there was such a discrepancy.
T	The Adjuticator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked for a cab, was told 10-20 minutes. Waited for 30minutes as I was outside then started walking. I made it from save on foods on the west side to McMillan rd in Glenrosa before they arrived....I was walking, so more so around the 45min-1 hour mark (edit: I did not start walking until after I waited for almost 40 minutes, your cab knew where to go so don't use that excuse. I was able to walk almost an hour before your cab reached the pick up point) that is ridiculous

They always reply to the review with “If you have a concern please email us” and when you email them it’s just an argument about how there always right and how it’s never the cab company’s fault ? what a JOKE company. Use to be good… now it’s run by a bunch of scam artists..

Driving these winter roads has been a pleasure with these guys both on Christmas and Boxing Day back & forth from KGH Hospital for my son. Gurjot drove us once & Sandeep twice. These guys were kind, professional and extremely outstanding drivers on these icy white out roads. They got us there safely and I would never ever take yellow cabs again! As this company and their drivers really care about their customers. I would gladly wait an extra few minutes anytime for them!!! Keep up the outstanding service West Cabs and love love ? your drivers!!!
I	I AM RIT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience getting a ride in a luxurious Mercedes. They keep there vehicles shiny and clean and the driver was amazing shout out to my boy Balraj at dispatch he got me a vehicle really quick.
R	Robert R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My assistant called and pre-booked a van 24 hours in advance for a 7am pick up to take me to the airport. They assured her they would be on time. They are now more then 15 minutes late. When I called to ask them, they said it was because they didn’t have a van available and were running late. My question is, why would you confirm something you couldn’t do, why wouldnt you have called me this morning to warn me. The operator had zero regard for me as a customer. I will never use this company again and if you are flying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. Do better WestCabs. Edit, my assistant actually booked for 6:45am and they showed up at 7:25am. Driver blamed me. Dispatch blamed me. Zero accountability. I would hope anyone flying chooses not to risk their flight with this company.

When you call, the dispatch always says the cab is 5 - 10 minutes away and it never shows up, then when you call and ask they get mad at you and yell the same thing “5 - 10 minutes away!” This is an everyday occurrence. there is one cab in particular that always has a rotten sulphur odour. They don’t bother to call you and let you know the cab is late they just lie and lie and pretend it’s not their fault. Like just be honest ffs !!! And they never show up to scheduled pickups! Why even have that option!? The only reason I use this company is there is no other cab service on the west side! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
