★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility with many activity programs for children, adults and seniors which is located alongside the picturesque Welland Canal and trail. Staff are very friendly and programs fill up fast. Get your Wellness guide and pass and sign-up early!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such a bad customer service. The front desk ladies are incompetent, passive aggressive, rude and slow. It takes half an hour for them to find a simple information on their computers (and of course, it's always the computer's fault...) Also, what is up with the glass and the inter-phone? Even the banks don't have that kind of security!
Furthermore, the communication between employees is shameful! They are disorganized, and they act like it's their first day on the job. I was constantly trying to prove how much I paid for the classes, because they can't keep a proper record of the clients' payments. I finally gave up! I will go to another place. This place gives me more stress than I already have in my every-day's life.
Such a shame, the building is beautiful, yet it is always half empty...
Someone should really look into their customer service employees, because they are losing their customers due to their service! They should hire some competent people instead. I guess most of the current front desk ladies are hired solely based on their connections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff, clean facilities, lots of programs available- mainly senior this time of year but being homeschoolers expected that there wouldn't be many daytime kids programs lol. My only complaint is the heavily enforced age restrictions. We joined to be able to use the billiards room and do some dropin activities but the age wasn't posted online. Even with an adult under 14 isnt allowed... the woodshop is also not accessible for youth with adults either. For the price for the year you can't really complain but was hoping this would help replace our ymca membership but the age restrictions suck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is extremely, extremely, extremely rude! She acts like everyone who walks in should know exactly where everything is! If you ask her a question she yells rudely overtop of you even though she doesnt know what you're going to ask! And she was crazy rude to my poor husband who was just trying to buy a membership for my kids!!! This was on a Sunday. Don't dare go on a Sunday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Very discriminatory over a shirt. They have no problems with people doing drugs by their main entrances but will kick people out of a community event over a shirt. Can bet I ever go again I'll be wearing the same type of clothing and this time will not leave with my kids crying. I'll stay and let my kids have their fun. I wasn't disturbing anyone and we weren't causing any disturbances of any kind and yet we were given nothing but discrimination and arrogance. Horrible building and horrible staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free Family Day activities from 10:00 - 2:00, great time, awesome games, bouncy castle and ginormous slide, face painting, balloon animals, magician, photo booth, science Activities, little tykes play area.... Amazing. Thank You Wellness Community Center. So generous of this establishment to do this for the kiddos. Greatly appreciated.

Once COVID restrictions allow the facility to be completely operational it will be fantastic again I am sure. I feel fortunate that this place is so nearby for me.
