J	Justin Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place for an apprentice plumber. Low start pay, though not by very much, very high expectations with little direction or teaching. Seems a bit disorganized. Within a month after I was hired a 3rd year apprentice was let go as well as the other apprentice hired with me and myself, very high turnover rate. It could be a good place to get a start in plumbing for some people, probably better for 3rd year or Journeyman.

Kyle was personable and professional at the same time. He also made some good suggestions regarding furnace operation and maintenance to ensure trouble free operation of the heating system. Thanks.

Firstly, Weiss Johnson was referred to me by a friend who dealt with Dave, Cory and Carter. He told me of their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. Dave took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different furnaces and hot water tanks in a respectful manner. His knowledge of the industry was evident, and head and shoulders above the representatives from other 4 companies we had quotes from. Cory and Carter were very professional tradesmen. They were quiet, respectful and tidy. They answered all the questions I asked them with patience and confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave, Cory or Carter to my friends and family. Here is the background, my furnace was still under warranty and since my builder had used Weiss Johnson Mechanical for the furnace installation and duct work...I decided to do the same. First they diagnosed that my furnace had a leak inside and needed the Heat Exchanger replaced. The part is under warranty but labour is not included so I understand and said go ahead. I kept calling back many times asking when the part was received as my furnace kept leaking inside...finally the part arrived after 3 months. Ok I figured maybe it was the manufacturer's fault for the delay. Today their technician came to replace the heat exchanger and after 1hr 30 min of honest work the furnace was repaired with the replacement heat exchanger. I was surprised when I saw the finally bill for $695 + GST. To be fair I will add another 30 min for travel time for the technician so 2 hours of work is $700....that is ridiculous and outright highway robbery!

They rolled with some of the unforeseen challenges that came up and patiently explained each step of what they were doing and answered all the questions that I had. They really seemed to care about doing the job I wanted, and doing it correctly. They also went above and beyond, fixing a couple other incidental problems they saw which weren’t even part of the install. Cleaned up everything before they left. Couldn’t be happier with the finished job!
