S	Sean Therrien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potential rudeness and aggressive attitude aside, the 3 jackets I brought in for dry cleaning took over a week after the agreed-upon pickup day for completion. I came in a total of 5 different times for what should have been a simple order. She usually fails to respond to calls. One jacket came back seemingly dirtier than when I sent it in, with fibers or fur from someone else's clothing all over. I won't be using this service again, hopefully others have better luck.

If there are times she seems rude, please understand that she has every intention to deliver an excellent service to all her customers. However, due to her lack of ability in the English language as a late immigrant with cultural differences, her intentions may be ill delivered at times when facing particular business challenges. She designed her business offering excellent value in the sense of affordability, convenient location and timely delivery as best she can to all her customers. She gives her sincerest apologies to any unhappy customers and wishes you the very best in finding your new dry cleaners.

She allowed me to try each pair and offered her advice on where to pin and hem. She also gave me a great price as I had scrub pants and jeans. I will definitely be coming back for future alterations. Support small business!

Came in to dry-clean 3 jackets, and received an expensive quote that did not reflect the signs listed at the front, which clearly stated a 50% discount off Canada Goose jackets (to which she said has since expired?). I called her 5 minutes later asking if I could just wash one jacket for now, and ended up receiving a really rude response not only saying that she already sent off the clothing to Markham (as if), but begin bargaining prices with me as if she knew she overcharged. She then just hung up on me saying she needed to go to sleep... 10/10 does not pass the vibe check.

Talked very nicely when we went to give my dress for alter and said she’s do it for a certain price. When i came back from pick up, she said i can’t try it and just have to trust her lol. Then as i said i want to try, she asked for MORE MONEY and said she won’t give me the the dress unless i pay way more than the price we originally agreed on!!! When we refused, she started SHOUTING on top of her lungs and starting ABUSING AND CURSING in chinese. I’ve never felt this insulted in my whole life. It was absolutely pathetic. We ended up paying the whole amount she asked for as we couldnt leave the dress with her. Even then, she shouted at us and said NEVER COME BACK HERE. And ofc we never ever ever will.
K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible store and the owner is unprofessional. I brought my pants o n Thursday, and she said that my pants will be ready to pick up on Friday. So I went to the store on Friday, and she said that it's NEXT Friday!! She promised me that I can pick them up by 09:30am next Monday, so I went there. But she said "Come back around 11:30am." I tried to pick up my pants several times, but the store was always closed during the business hours!! Worst dry cleaner!!
