Over a year later I didn't know what else to do. Friends rcmd a sleep trainer, this is how I found Nicole. We had a 15 min consultation and immediately I knew I wanted to proceed. DAY 1, the very first day. He fell asleep on his own! AND slept through the entire night! WOW I thought, I didn't believe it was possible. Same thing the next day. He slept on his own and slept the entire night! Things have been amazing since! IF only I found her sooner!!!

With all the help and coaching that Nicole provided us, our son slept through the night on the first night and is now sleeping 11 - 12 hours per night!! And what can we say about naps, a complete game changer, going from 45 minutes naps at most, to now sleeping 2 hours per nap! This has been nothing but a great experience and sooooo worth it!

I have to admit my husband was a total skeptic of hiring a Sleep Consultant. Now that my daughter has averaged 3+ hours in naps per day and 11 hours at night with ZERO nighttime visits/feeds in the past week + - he’s really changed his tune! When I thought about sleep training I imagined our little one crying alone in the crib but this program was very thoughtful and made the transition over the course of 14 days very easy to execute. I would definitely recommend Nicole to my friends/family if they were looking for an experienced, caring and responsive Sleep Consultant.
