About Jasper Avenue Dental
Dentistry is one of the best professions that anyone could hope to belong to, and one that Dr. Lizotte is proud to be a part of. He cherishes the opportunity to meet new and interesting people every day, to learn more about them as the years go by, and to see how their lives, families, and careers progress.
The work that Dr. Lizotte has done throughout his career is challenging and meaningful on many levels. He found that providing dental care with Kindness in Action in Honduras and Guatemalaone of the most rewarding things that he has done.
Education and Continuing Education

- Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta
Dentistry is constantly changing, and Dr. Lizotte enjoys keeping current with new advancements. He is also an active member of the Alberta Dental Association & College and the Canadian Dental Association.
Personal Life
Dr. Lizotte and his wife have three daughters who are heavily involved in dance and soccer. The family enjoys camping and exploring Alberta’s beautiful backyard whenever possible. Dr. Lizotte’s interests include cycling, curling, and golf.
Dr. Lizote is a member of the Rotary Club of Edmonton West. He has participated in community both locally and abroad.
A native of Edmonton, Dr. Lizotte has a strong desire to contribute to the community. He has been in the Rotary Club of Edmonton West for more than 20 years. His club is involved in projects that range from building homes for Habitat for Humanity to working to end Polio worldwide. Dr. Lizotte’s outreach stretches across the globe, as well. From 1997 to 2001, he volunteered with Kindness in Action to provide dental care in underserved areas of Guatemala and Honduras. Dr. Lizotte’s wife is also a passionate community advocate and volunteer on issues including increasing organ donations in Alberta.

Dr. Lizotte is so kind, calming and reassuring. I had total confidence in him. He called me later that evening to check in with me. Overall, a great experience. Also, a shout out to Leanna who answered my questions and got the paperwork in quickly. Definitely a good team!

Dr. Lizotte is a great dentist...explained the CBCT scan and the options that were available for my tooth. In the end we ended up extracting it and I can't wait to have my future implant placed by him. Also, that evening there was a follow up phone call personally made by him...thank you for caring.

Cindy took me through all the procedures with detailed explanations of every aspect of the implant procedure and costs of those procedures. She performed all the x-rays, photos explained every step in detail. Dr. Lizotte then went over the procedure after reviewing the x-rays and photos. Very informative and very personable. Dr Nguyen is a great dentist! He is patient and friendly and explains options and procedures thoroughly without using jargon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I took my son to fix his jaw at Jasper Avenue Dental. We saw Dr Nguyen. He is a great doctor, very thorough, patient and willing to repeat or get into details with the parent and the patient no matter how old the patient is. The front desk, Nicole, is a gorgeous lady. Always happy, on top of everything and love to help in every way. The clinic is spotless, super neat and making sure that everything is sanitized properly and try to distance between patients by calling from the parking lot to check in and know when to go in and most importantly and because they are in downtown they have paid parking lots beside the building that you just have to give them the plate number once and they will keep it on file for each time you come.
