K	Kim Basso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our provider is Carrie - and I dont know what I would do without her. Shes always so accommodating and excellent at communicating. My daughter has learned so much with her, and she is always excited to go to her house every morning. This past summer my Daughter spent so much time at the splash pad, and loved every minute of it. I look forward to picking her up to see what kind of neat craft they did that day. She is so reliable, and never takes holidays or sick days - she is so dedicated to her daycare families. The girls in the office are amazing as well. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries. When I first registered with Wee Watch Barrie a year ago, I was in a huge rush and they were so accommodating and got me interviews so fast. Highly recommend Wee Watch Barrie!!!

She has been so welcoming and helpful, and has gone above and beyond to help me settle in to this big career change. The company has been very supportive to me from the very beginning and has continued to offer a helping hand and support whether it's via email or text message or even in person or over the phone.

Pamela & Cindy are great to work with and they've gone above and beyond accommodating our family and locating the right provider for our children. New mothers on the search for child care, I would highly recommend you give Wee Watch a try! I've done both daycare center and home provider through Wee Watch and would choose Wee Watch child care hands down! Your child will be happy, clean and well cared for :)

Our little one fell in love with Wendy right away, something we were so thankful for coming from a center to a home daycare. And we have had no regrets! The option for back up daycare especially ones willing to work with allergies was such a relief! Pam's reports when she stops by to visit Wendy and the kids is a nice touch. Gavin in the office is great for a email response when you forget the schedule or a policy detail. They say it takes a village and that couldn't be more true!!

When we decided we wanted to make a change in providers, wee watch was very supportive and very quickly found us a replacement that suited our lifestyle a little better. We actually got into the larger daycare that we had intended for our daughter at first, but we will be staying with Alicia and wee watch instead because we are so satisfied with the care and attention!

I have found the office support team great in supporting us with all that we need, and especially now with this pandemic. They have kept us up to date with all policies in a fun way. Worked hard to be available for us with any questions or other things we need such as back up for the kids in my care for the few days I take off. Wee Watch has been a pleasure to work for.

We couldn't think of a better provider. The communication with the office is always fast and reliable. A	Adi Malihi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use WeeWatch! They called me a liar and wanted to punish me for writing a review. We put our infant son in home care; the first two days were, I think, good; he was there only for a few hours. Two hours after we dropped him off on the third day, he cried nonstop, so they called us to pick him up. On the fourth day, I came with him and stayed there for 20 minutes because he did not want to stay; I saw a terrible hygiene concern that could impact my kid's safety. So I took him home and called WeeWatch management to ask to change a homecare location. They said ok for the change, but they wanted to charge me for the whole two weeks. I asked to speak with a supervisor, so Cathy, the area supervisor, called me. She said she could wave some of the fees and charge me for five absent days (full day payment) and wave the charge for two days from the two weeks. I said that I don't think it is fair, and I will share my experience as a review. She refused to acknowledge my experience and said that they checked the place and found no issues, and because I am writing a review, she is not giving me a refund, and now I need to pay her for two weeks and the third one. Maybe the homecare providers are friendly, but I would never use their services again because management is not supportive of parents.
