Someone i know referred us to him for wedding card printing, - we just needed 2 sample cards and he printed 4 of them ( i said that's okay ) - He charged us a so called "setup fee" which was never brought to our attention before and demanded $44 for the cards he printed. ( i was surprised by that but still said okay and went ahead with the transaction ) - Then his payment machine was not working and he insisted i e-transfer him the money instead ( which i did including taxes and he provided no receipt for it) - After taking the money he insulted me by saying everyone expects everything to be free just like they are getting food from the temple ( This was very rude and also not something anyone would tolerate especially in front of other clients that were present at the time, i gave him benefit of the doubt and hoped he was having a bad day and walked out with the cards.) - After all that he did not accept the e-transfer till about 24 hours after which my bank is set to cancel them. This is where it got interesting. - He threatened to sue me because he was lazy and forgot to accept the money within those 24 hours time and said i have one day to pay him. I'll just let you guys check his illiterate email to decide. "nipan why you cancelled money you transfer i give you one day to pay if not paid will be legal matter and action will be taken imm." - This email was in my junk folder and later he started harassing the people who referred him to us who later brought it to my attention within 24 hours. - At the end i had to take time off work and go to his shop and returned the cards with the money owed to him just to have some peace of mind that we will never have to deal with him again. - Instead of apologizing for his mistake he started to blame this on me at the shop and while i was walking out said you are like my son come back and take these cards. If i knew what kind of a person i was dealing with to begin with i would have just paid him the money to not deal with him in the first place and walked out. Hopefully, this story can help you steer in a different direction and avoid having to deal with this person. If not please make sure you check the rest of the reviews to decide.

Very fast and professional service. Was shown a wide variety of cards to choose from and was able to customize every detail to my liking. Once I selected my design and cards, they were ready to pick up in 2 days. Very happy with the end result!

Great customer service & invitations. I was extremely pleased with the end result of our wedding invitations. They created exactly what we wanted. Also, after doing much research Wedding Cards Boutique was definitely the most reasonably priced and they had no issues giving us sample cards etc. No complaints on our end.

The cards were beautiful and at a very reasonable price. However, the customer service isn't good. The owner never responded to my emails. He said that the cards and envelopes would be 2.5 weeks, then it was going to be the week after that...then it was going to be another week etc... I had to change my RSVP date several times because the cards were SO late. On top of it, instead of giving a discount or apologizing, he tried to arbitrarily charge an additional fee for "so many changes." When we initially went in other customers were yelling at the owner, and I should have taken that as a sign not to order. I was going to ask this company to decorate my wedding venue, but after this I don't trust them.

One of the worst costumer service experience I dealt with planning my wedding. They are a married couple working from home running a wedding card and decoration business. On the first print, they didn't print on the cards I selected and tried convincing me that those were the cards I selected. The color was teal blue that I selected and she printed on white. How do you get those colors mixed up!? I had to argue hard between the two of them to change it to the style of cards I selected. They were begging for more money on the reprint which wasn’t my fault one bit! All the information was okay minus the colour and style of the cards on the first print. After finally getting them to admit that they are at wrong here, they agreed to print the cards that I selected only to have them mess up the date this time. The couple combined couldn't get the date right after trying three times going back and forth, you would think one miss print should be enough to correct all your mistakes, and on the final print when I was fed up with these guys they printed the wrong day (Friday) oppose to Saturday which was the actual day of the wedding. Unfortunately, for me this mistake was not caught because I had someone pick up the cards for me. All the information was sent on the original email and I didn't even ask to print the day (date only). The date was printed right. So, I called back to inform them they messed up on the date again all the guy said to me was "did you proofread it" do you know what proofread mean". Now this is after I paid this fool the money. He wanted me to pay him again to fix the mistake he could’ve easily of avoided, but made it sound like it was all my fault. Imagine giving out the cards with the wrong day on them, how embarrassing! No one should have to go through this type of b.s. for printing Wedding cards, it is a simple task! How hard is it to check the calendar to see what the day is for the date requested by the customer. No customer service skills whatsoever! His wife tried to charge me arm and leg for outdated decorations as well, thank god I didn’t fall for that. If you don't want added stress with planing a wedding PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! These guys are the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with my entire life.

Very unprofessional, so glad we saw all the red flags and decided NOT to go with this company for our wedding invites. He was so unprofessional that we actually walked out and told him he was offensive. The owner doesn't respect female clients so take your father or fiance (eyes rolling). He also made fun of us because i did not want to spend in the higher price range. I went to 4 other vendors and was very pleased with the service, and variety of choices in my mid range budget. The cards were WAY nicer too! This guy has poor customer service skills and he can't communicate effectively. There was a customer from Calgary in the shop that told me he had to get the owner to remake the cards 3 times and they were still not right. This poor man looked so stressed. The wedding was a month away and the cards were supposed to be ready 3 months ago. I give them zero stars.

The owner was great to work with compared to the various other vendors I have had to deal with in the past couple of months. During our first meeting, he took the time to check his stock and advised me that the cards could be printed within a day of the proofs being approved. The owner went above and beyond our expectations and ensured we were pleased even as we left with our cards. I could not have asked for a better experience. Extremely stress-free, professional and overall one of the best vendors I have worked with leading up to the wedding.

Super Rude /Worst customer service. Do not deal with this guy he keeps going back and forth . Delayed wedding cards for over a month and a half
