★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a small condo reno. Floors nicely done, but very expensive. Very poor craftsmanship otherwise. The dishwasher was not anchored, was plugged with a pipe cover they forgot to remove, and could have started an electrical fire because the wire housing was cut back too far. Sparks flew out when I called a repairman to fix it. This is despite being assured they had tested the appliance, which would not have been the case, given that it was impossible to drain.
I had to painstakingly prove all the above to the owner before he took some responsibility. He never apologized. Although he agreed to compensate me for the cost of repair, I am still waiting and have been for 2 months.
I would never use his services again.
