L	Lynne Ward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having had previous problems with tradespeople, I am decidedly leery about hiring them, but these young men from We Love Plumbing were ultra-prompt (answered my phone message 10 minutes later and came the next day), efficient (2 1/2 hours to install a new toilet, replacement sink, and bathroom and kitchen faucets), very competent, professional, tidy (e.g., they really scrubbed the floor under the toilet before placing the smaller-based new one down), plus they were consistently friendly, pleasant, accommodating, and respectful!! It was such a pleasure dealing with them. Costs were reasonable. I definitely trusted these young men and was SO delighted with their products and their work.

When the heater needed some further adjusting, he was willing to come take a look to ensure hot water was in the house and even made an effort despite it being over the holiday season. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Colin inspected main drain with CCTV camera, checked sewer backup valve, and overall condition of plumbing systems. He outlined what maintenance needs to be done in the future. What I loved the most is that he explained intricate professional details to me patiently, in simple language without looking down at me.
