Super professional and quick. I also appreciate the Mr. Rooter swag and the follow up call to ensure everything went well. Highly impressed with their service. Would definitely recommend!

Osazee was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. We could not have been more impressed with him. Prices were up front and fair. No complaints whatsoever. Great job.

I find Linda very friendly and able to speak a few words in french.. Roger came over on time with mask and foot protector on, in uniform and introduce himself with business card hand-over from there and then. Discussed and double checked other areas that may require future attention. No doubt I will recommend and call again this company down the road.

More than that, I learned more about my old house plumbing than I in 35 years of living in the house. Our technician was named Kamaka. Very polite and communicative. Walked me through every step of what he needed to do. Most impressive for us, this was an emergency. Our sewer had backed up, with heavy rain forecast overnight and for the next two days. We had phoned multiple companies, and finally settled on an appointment tomorrow afternoon. Mr. Rooter phoned at 9:30 PM to say they had finished with a client, and if we wanted, they could come be here in 30 minutes. Again, great service.

Called Mr. Rooter to come correct the issue, was assigned a plumber named Roger. Roger came on time and assessed my two toilets. He advised me the flooring company did not install them correctly and remediated the issue. He was very transparent and provided with full details of the work order. Roger was through and explained the work being done and answered all my questions Roger had to return the next day to finish the other washroom due to missing tools but came back as promised. I respect individuals who keep their word and finish the job as stated. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and Roger to any individual reading reviews about this company. He was able to come on time and deliver as quoted. Good individual to work with for any plumbing repairs. Highly Recommend. Thanks again for the help Roger and keep up the good work

Both were relaxed and professional while wearing masks and dealing with problem. Great team, great response time and great service rates.
