★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. On the surface he seems knowledgeable and is very chatty but when it comes to legal matters, he fails to deliver. We dealt with him for a purchase and sale of property and had to constantly chase after him/his assistant to keep the ball rolling. He is disorganized and unprofessional, i.e. he consistently criticized everyone involved in the transaction (realtor, mortgage broker, lender) instead of providing constructive legal advice. In addition, we almost lost several thousands of dollars because he failed to provide quality control over the final statement of adjustments. Not sure if his fees are cheaper as compared to other lawyers, but you certainly get what you pay for. Word of advice: save yourself a headache and find a qualified lawyer to do business with.
