This shop also offers tailoring services next door. Unfortunately my item was made to look very old fashioned. She also did not let me try the item on to see her work before paying, which is pretty standard for tailors who care about their customers' satisfaction.

Rudest customer service ever. I saw the gorgeous christmas decorations for sale in the window and quickly went inside to ask about them (there was only one other client inside and no line). The cashier looked at me with a dirty look without saying anything and looked back to the customer who was paying. Then 20 seconds later she looked back at me, I said "hi, I just came to" and she didn't even let me finish my sentence that she said "you need to go wait outside, it's only one person at a time". I went outside and saw that indeed, there was a sign on the door that said "one client at a time", I'm not mad about that and I don't mind waiting, it's the fact that instead of politely telling me to go back outside to wait when I entered the store, she let me wait there while giving me dirty looks and not saying anything. Why not tell me when I entered the store, why wait for me to ask something to say it just to embarass me and make me feel bad for not waiting outside? Why not even let me finish asking my question when she let me stay in the store for like 30 seconds before? That's the point. Just telling me when I walked through the door would've been nice and polite, but she DECIDED not to tell me right away just so I would look confused and dumb and so she would "teach me a lesson". She didn't care about the 1 person rule or she would've told me when I entered the store, she just wanted to feel powerful and make someone else feel bad so she made me wait until I said something instead of just telling me nicely when I came in. Do not take your business here unless you want to be treated like the dumbest person in the world for entering a store quickly because you liked something in the window.

It is a clean and organized pastry shop and the owner always has a smile which is good but the pastry doesn't taste great at all. It is in the same level that you can get from chain stores. So disappointed with the taste. It taste like simple sugar

I love this shop and I feel rating is unfairly lowered so let me tell you what I think. Any Slavic person will appreciate the authentic Polish foods sold there. I personally recommend the donuts, cheesecake and their kiełbasa. I think the person in comments below talkin’ about things being too sweet must have bought Bezy, which indeed is mostly sugar! But you can just ask the very polite seller to advise you which things to buy if you’re unsure. They also sell cool decorations and so on, I buy napkins there because they have beautiful folklore prints and are compostable. The store is small, so there is not a whole lot of items but they have spices, drinks and herbal teas as well as things mentioned above. I have never gotten a “bad”, “old” or expired product from here. The prices are very fair and lower than average for this type of niche goods. Customer service was always great in my experience, the clerk I always see there is cool and welcoming. If you’re looking for taste of home, something to bring to bbq or to a picnic I recommend this shop.

My favourite doughnuts in town. They also have amazing cheesecakes, fruitcakes and other great things. their pastries do not have as much sugar as the regular store bough which is a plus because you get all the other awesome flavors. Usually other stores put too much sugar to mask poor quality ingredients not this place. The customer service is also very kind and helpful. They also offer a variety of cold cuts and sandwiches.

The lady is very nice. I buy sausage and donuts there regularly. Particularly love the plum donuts.

I go this shop quite a lot and was suprised to see the negative comments, I quite enjoy their products. The pies are my absolute favourite, and anything with poppyseed is a delight you cannot find in chain stores. There are products on various sweetness-levels. They stock Eastern European products that I was very happy to find in the neighborhood.

Good cakes! It reminds me of traveling in Poland. Reasonable price, tasty pastries:)
