We reached out to Tracy approx. 2 1/2 years ago looking to book a surprise birthday trip for our mom, meeting different family from different locations. We’ve found that her specific knowledge of the various locations is very detailed, and for many of the destinations she has a contact on the ground to communicate with. This results in her clients benefiting from some perks like better balcony views and welcome packages. After two longs years of COVID restrictions our family was looking to spend a substantial amount on a family holiday to Mexico. Tracey understood how important this trip was to us, and went out of her way to ensure we got the right property after a flurry of emails and questions. Had a trip booked to Turks and Caicos a few years ago and a Hurricane messed up our plans. She was able to get us into a resort in Mexico last minute to save our holiday. We booked an AMA cruise with her that has been rescheduled 3 times due to the pandemic and health concerns.
