β β β β β The staff is very nice and friendly. However, the food/drinks are overpriced for the quality you receive. This is in my office building so its unfortunate that the food is not good. The first time I went I got a cheese bagel which was terribly hard, the second time I went I had a Mediterranean wrap that was dripping with grease, and the third time I went I found two wood shavings in my sausage roll... Which I initially ate and pulled out of my mouth. I brought it to the staffs attention because it was mixed into the batter and I thought there could be some in other sausage rolls on display. The young woman working there was very apologetic and requested my contact information so that her manager could follow up but I never heard anything back. Overall wouldn't recommend.

β β β β β Glass half full? Well that was a waste of money. Guy ignored me for 10 minutes before taking my order. Bought the Waves size drink and they didn't even come close to filling the cup, I had to ask for a top up (see image). Hate writing a nasty review, but this was pretty pathetic for a coffee chain.

β β β β β The staff was so rude when i was asking about their best selling pastry. When asked about where is the manager she said she is the manager. So surprising that this manager treats clients without respect.This is so disappointing. I strongly don't recommend this coffee shop
