However, this year my husband has been calling and texting since March and there has been absolutely no response. Dreadful costumer service - a response however brief would have been the right thing to do. We are so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is so terrible, the experience is negative as hell. They don’t care about their customers’ needs and ghost basically all messages. They are simply incapable of giving a specific time, date and quote of their own service. There should be no tolerance for businesses like this. They shouldn’t even have a chance to survive, especially in a pandemic.

I would recommend Waterworx to anyone for their sprinkler at any time. I have been and continue to be amazed by their work ethics and the service provided.
