★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place! My mom passed away and not one of the staff from nurses to office bothered to give sympathies or even ask about her funeral. They had no issues however to make a statement to empty the room or be charge extra. There is so much to tell.... just ask around and you will NEVER want your loved one to stay there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Kayla is an overbearing bully. She degrades you on the phone as loud as she can so everyone around her will think she's all tough. A simple question about visiting hours was met with a hostile attitude of " Write it down this time".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Water's Edge are amazing to deal with. They go out of their way to create fun activities for their residents and truly care about their quality of life and well-being. The location on the edge of Lake is absolutely stunning with a beautiful outdoor area for activities. Their office is well-staffed by friendly and professional folks. They have a robust screening area for visitors as well, and whenever I see that, I am assured that health and safety are a top priority.
