Legal Aid in Ontario has only one main purpose - to assist the Government of Ontario, Government of Canada, the Regional and Municipal government, and local government with the structure and direction of THE CROWN to REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF GOVERNMENT WRONGDOING especially with regard to COVERING UP the fact that THE CROWN HAS ABDICATED THEIR BASIC FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY IN ALL THINGS. Their only goal is to MAKE IT LOOK GOOD ON PAPER. Take Landlord Tenant or Residential Tenancies Act...if a landlord (or tenant) is made aware of their rights and obligations once about a property in the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, or lease by the Board ie MINIMUM STANDARD that constitutes a LEGAL RENTAL, why can they PRETEND IGNORANCE when brought back REPEATEDLY and often for the VERY SAME INFRACTION ON THE SAME UNIT? Answer: the Government EXPLOITS the INFRACTION without EVER CORRECTING IT so it will end up before the "Administrative" Body or Board. The CROWN is MILKING THE "C.O.W*"(s) [* Casualties Of War; every citizen that is CASUALTY of PROFITEERS who CREATE AND ADMINISTER OR INCITE AND CONTINUALLY PROPOGATE A STATE OF PERPETUAL WAR ie ALL OF US WHO DO NOT WANT WAR] and NOT UPHOLDING THEIR BASIC FIDUCIARY DUTY TO 'UPHOLD THE LAW' BECAUSE THEY BENEFIT FROM THE OUTCOME EITHER WAY BY PLAYING THE MIDDLE. Canada is NOT A DEMOCRACY. Waterloo Community Legal Services is a lot of well meaning people who just like EVERY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IN CANADA, IN EVERY PROVINCE MUST SWEAR ALLEGIANCE TO THE CROWN, but they REPRESENT YOU? They CANNOT SERVE 2 MASTERS SO DON'T EVEN TRY. Complain or speak up and you then have NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION anymore. Problem SOLVED. They stripped me of my right to REPRESENTATION and participated in Conspiracy to Commit LEGAL FRAUD through MISREPRESENTATION AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. God save the QUEEN. Politicians, Government Officials, ALL Police forces, EVERY Judge, Lawyer, Clerk, Security, Janitor pledges ALLEGIANCE TO THE CROWN (NOT to the PEOPLE) in Canada which is why the equivalent to "the Pledge of Allegiance" DOES NOT EXIST IN COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES AND "FORMER" COLONIES. There is no "FORMER" about it... They PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE CROWN. WHO do you think they 'work' for? Is any of "it" making sense yet? HELP END DISABILITY ABUSE IN CANADA. HELP END LEGAL ABUSE IN CANADA. It is time to end this CHARADE. Waterloo Regional Community Legal Services is NOT TO BE TRUSTED for good reason. They USE their well meaning initiates as their "buffer" even though and WHILE they DIRECT the outcomes. Just one more STOP GAP MEASURE to ELIMINATE ANY REAL CHALLENGE TO THE "AUTHORITY OF THE CROWN" and thereby STIFLING ANY AND ALL DISSENT FROM WITHIN and SEAMLESSLY WHILE ON PAPER IT APPEARS AS A "DEFENDER" OF THE RIGHTS IT ARBITRARILY REMOVES AT WILL AND WITHOUT PENALTY. Human Rights Abuse PERFECTED to CHARGE A FEE for their PRIVILEGE to NEVER HONOR THEIR "WORD" or their part of the social "contract." Check the Legal Aid budget - they're making A LOT OF MONEY off of this 'enterprise of THE CROWN.' Why would they ever do anything that WE ARE MADE TO THINK they are supposed to? A fantastic help. I can not say enough good things about them. Really helped when my scumbag of an employer decided to let me go without cause.

I got vital information I needed so I'd like to thank them for that. I did have to wait 45 mins after my appointment was supposed to start in the waiting room where the front receptionists didn't even answer any of my questions for 15 mins. Terrible experience with the front receptionist but the legal advisor did help. She seemed hostile to me when I asked some questions. Overall still a decent service for what you pay (free).

We spoke; was under the weather, I wanted it done, stamped mailed and delivered. That was team work! You sure do have professionalism! If any questions, I'm here. Thank you for waiting; I hope the information was enough? We all don't like to revisit past, only to remember to heal! Sometimes that is not your first reaction... As humans we all try. We remember war, to remind ourselves who lived and lost. To remember, we are alive! But it sure took a lot out of life. The scars can be skin deep for some or reminisced, "LETS TARE AWAY OR GET RID OF THE SCARS". IT MAY KEEP YOU FROM NOT LIVING YOUR LIFE". STOP THE ABUSE IN ALL FORMS! Reliable but quiet expensive without having alternative payment options

Holding or King rocks app 15 yrs ago I had a (what he thought ) lol .Mr Paul Megna Megan project management Hamilton wanted me Out oh I was demanding things to be maintained fixed whatever He took me to court 9 time to evict and9 times Margret and I won ? . Well ,the 9th time we were leaving court I think Margaret and almost had a stroke The Judicater spoke out and said " Mr Megan if I ever see the 2 of yours before me again it BETTER be her bringing you " good lawyer if u listen and either follow her advice u might have a chance but she wouldbesrait up and tell u if u didn't

I am on Ontario Works. I reach out regarding two separate matters. First matter I emailed them about has not been responded to. Second matter, today they email asking for my full name (in order to receive any sort of help - which I find to be quite odd); even still I provide my full name, and yet not a single one of them responds and it is nearing their business closing hours; I have tracked and see my last email has been opened. Is prompting me to turn to here. If anyone is considering contacting, know that they don't value your time /the nature of your concern. I have tried numerous times. This legal aid clinic is withholding a vital service to I, a low-income Kitchener-Waterloo resident; withholding a service I so desperately need. Be warrned.

Their employment lawyer is incompetent. Asks you a question, words it incorrectly, gets mad, says awnser the question, you correct her, and because your right she becomes petty. This woman was rude condecsending, and I have spoken to numerous employment lawyers. This woman is trash. Said we were supposed to meet at one but calls at 11 and tries to strong arm me into a call cause she wants to go about her day, yet you need a timeline. This woman is a failure.
