Marni in service always has a positive outlook on things and finds a way to get it done. We will come back because of her great attitude and work ethic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent communication! Did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. By no fault of Waterloo Fords doing my vehicle delivery was delayed significantly. I was kept in the loop, given updates and treated really well.
My vehicle was clean, gased, and ready to go once it got delivered and I was given a super insightful rundown of the features. I cannot recommend Shariff, Orlando, and everyone at Waterloo Ford enough. They have earned a longtime customer in me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my truck into Waterloo Ford because someone had cloned a key for it. The service staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation. They went above and beyond in taking care of my truck and ensuring that a cloned key would no longer unlock it’s doors or start the ignition. And they did it all at a fraction of the price I was expecting. I highly recommend them for any Ford owner. When I’m in the market for a new F-150, I’ll be visiting Waterloo Ford ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an update to my recent review. I am satisfied with my purchase. And am satisfied with the follow up on maintenance done on my car. The car was picked up and dropped off for me. They gave me a good will cleaning and it was an immaculate job. The tires were swapped and done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the maintenance and the service done. Great place.
Previous review: I went to 3 different Ford places in Edmonton and St Albert and Waterloo Ford gave me the best deal. I am satisfied and happy with the purchase of my new Ford vehicle. Nice place and kind staff. I would do business again with Waterloo Ford

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service broke several of my lug nut covers. I realize they’re decorative and break easily once they’re older but they didn’t even say anything about it and it wasnt 1 or 2 that could be easily looked over, 7 of them are broken, and I didn’t check when I picked up, Chock that up to trusting things were done properly. Now I’m both out of pocket and out of my time to have those replaced.
The second problem I had was trying to upsell me on mileage intervals for fluid flushes. I know as fact, the mileage interval recommendation for Ford is 240,000 on my vehicle. The nearly $1000 of recommended servicing was entirely unnecessary and is based on nothing from the manufacturer despite the report staying so.
Suffice it to say, I won’t be back.
