★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waterline was recommended to us from a Northshore FB group and they came through for our plumbing emergency. A joint burst outside of our tankless heater leaving us without hot water. They were able to help us over the phone during after-hours and came the following day.
No price gouging as we've experienced with larger companies when dealing with emergencies.
Friendly, helpful, one-time and everything done clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them install a washing machine, move a sink, install a toilet and fix a leaking pipe. They were able to come in, provide an accurate estimate, and perform all the work in two days including preparing permits. I definitely recommend them and will use again!

Customer service was friendly and they made an appointment right away. The technician, Ati Y. was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and efficiently.

They gave me a two hour window and the plumber arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful. He needed to purchase a piece and was back quickly and fixed the issue quickly.
