The view is beautiful and the food feels very Italian, but the vibe is Japan, it's a very unique experience. The uni pasta has a strong and aromatic uni taste while the garlic bacon pasta is very Chuka style. Very good experience!!

The food was great! The servers were also extremely friendly and nice but prepared to wait or make a reservation because it’s always busy! We started the meal with the focaccia bread and imported squid and peas from Japan. The focaccia was baked fresh and very tasty but the squid was kind of underwhelming for the price. The main was pretty great. We got the truffle gnocchi and the uni scallops fettuccini. The gnocchi was a special and it was probably the best dish we had for lunch. It was rich, savoury, and truffle complemented the dish perfectly. The dessert was matcha tiramisu. It was a fun twist to an otherwise classic dish and it was perfect for sharing between two people. Overall, the price is a bit high but if you made a reservation or are prepared to wait, I think it’s well worth it.

Japanese x Italian fusion always sounds like a dream to me so I was very excited to try this restaurant. After our dining experience, I can confidently say this was one of our most disappointing meals in the city. FOOD: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio -- this is how they earned a star. The carpaccio was great! Seasoned very well, presented nicely, and it almost melted in our mouthes. However, it only came with 4 -5 very thin pieces and it was served with thick slices of focaccia bread. Perhaps it could have been elevated with thinner and more toasted pieces of crostini. The chewiness and starchiness of the focaccia didn't mesh well with the carpaccio and completely overpowered it. Pulled Pork Ragu Fusilli -- this pasta dish had barely any taste and was watery. There also wasn't much pulled pork which was also very under seasoned. Not much to say here other than it was bland and below average. (Dinner Special) Vongole Basco -- this dish was very under seasoned as well. The spaghetti tasted like a dish of boiled noodles with no sauce or seasoning. It was also extremely starchy. The clams were fine but some on my dish were undercooked/unopened. When the server came to ask us how our meal was, I gave him our feedback and expressed our concern and disappointment in the dishes, his response was quite surprising saying that it's a Saturday and there's a lot of pressure so the chefs aren't putting as much love into the dishes. Not quite what you want to hear as a customer. He didn't offer a discount, refund, or replacement on any of the dishes. Other than the food, parking was great -- free and lots of spots and ambience was fine -- casual and quite cozy. Even though they weren't crazy busy, I hope this was just a bad night for them since we also overheard a couple of other tables leaving feedback that their food was bland and the poor couple next to us wasn't attended to after being seated for 15-20min.

We really enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. Ordered the Rigatoni Miso Bolognese and Fettuccine Scallop Uni Cream Sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly with nice balanced flavours. Could really taste the Japanese influence on the dishes. Service was friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The food was good, and very unique. Also parking is easy to find which is a bonus. Service was good, one star off because not all the servers were wearing mask, and it’s an open kitchen, we can see that the chef’s weren’t warning face mask either. We’re still in a pandemic right now, so it made me a bit nervous and uncomfortable that some servers/chef wore mask while some weren’t.

Cute little restaurant by the water that offers Japanese Italian inspired dishes. Definitely worth going at least once! I would recommend the crab cream croquette, fettuccine scallop uni cream and the mushroom crostini. Enjoy!

Their lunch special is a fairly good deal as it comes with a small salad, olives and a main dish pasta. The salad dressing is very refreshing and the pasta has very good texture! The crab cream croquette has lots of filling and has the perfect crunch. Will definitely visit again!

Worth the wait! Make a reservation as the capacity is limited. Who knew that at the dead end of a light industrial area is a little gem of a Japanese fusion pasta shop. Easy parking, friendly (but frenzied) staff, and great food. The oyster black mushroom dish was full of flavor, might be a bit on the heavy side but love the indulgence... Anchovy was light and had a nice citrus hint, and the pulled pork was just a great balance of meat and sauce.
