★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not respect they’re own contract terms in regards to increases but expects you to respect they’re cancellation auto renewal with a company they bought out. Our contract is not even with Waste connections it’s with BFI but they are expecting a full year cancellation notice. Do not sign with this company, they are extremely corrupt. They also over charge. We got a quote with Waste Management for garbage and recycling for $75 a month, I am currently paying $300 with Waste connections for just garbage. Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible company to deal with!! we were locked into an agreement where they constantly rise their prices and charge for absolutely everything. extremely pricy compared with other local waste removal companies such as Environmental 360 which is literally $600/ month cheaper for the exact same service! when it came to cancel the contract was a an absolute hassle and even after they were charging for non sense, plus fees for everything. I DO NOT RECOMEND signing a contract with this company. shop around and you will find very good options for the exact same service without all the hassle that is to deal with this company! did I mentioned we were clients for 10+ years....so I know what I am talking about regarding WCC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! I deal with garbage companies across the country and this has been the most difficult uncooperative company to deal with. They have 5 year contracts with automatic 5 year renewals and make it very difficult to exit even if you are not satisfied with their service. They base their business on ignorance. We are long term customers and they are way above market rates and when I pointed this out they demanded an extension of the agreement to reduce my rates. When I told them I wouldn't be renewing my contract at the end of the term, they gave me a 25% increase in my rate. They have been incredibly difficult and I would not recommend them.
