m	menard decastro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst company, management and employer i worked for! got injured by pushing us to finish a job on a bad weather and fired me. they dont pay right they always shorten my hours atleast 5-15hrs every paycheck and you have to always tell them to fix the hours. promised me a raised for me to stay but never happened. lost my tools worth over $2000 + from the jobsite but theyre not responsible.. WORST EVER
J	Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to work for these people: -Nothing was ready when I arrived other then work station -Didn't get priority project clarity until 2nd week -Couldn't get a straight answer for progress contacts -Couldn't get a straight answer for site contacts & addresses -Sent me to measure long finished fencing runs at City Hall alone with a pos 25' Lufkin tape. Don’t even know why I entertained it. Guy says he uses 25' tape all over & for 25 yrs. Hate to say it, been doing it wrong for 25 yrs. Lol -Incredibly disorganized -Also, had to take time off due to Covid-19 & get tested. 1st day back, owner was ticked off. Said he wouldn't pay for BS time off which was never a concern. And he just fired the other PM, poor guy didn't have a chance. This was the last straw.

Quick to take an up front deposit, very slow to schedule the work, installer was unskilled, did a very poor and incomplete job of vinyl deck covering and railing re-installation and left a mess for me to clean up. After several attempts to get someone at Perma Deck to resolve the poor quality installation, I've given up. Will try to patch it up myself. Would never use this company again, nor would I recommend to anyone.
s	shauna paulgaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had quote $800 for privacy screen glass panels for balcony first wk of July. 50% deposit required. estimate 6-8 wk wait. mid Sept called twice and emailed with no response. finally spoke to office manager Nichole Sept 24 -- was told I would get a call by end of the wk to book install. Inquired re time estimate and lack of response and was told they were an industrial company. When asked why they accepted this job and was told it was a 'favor to old people'. came home on Sept 26 @ 3;40 to find installers on balcony and message on landline 305 nothing on my cell phone this old person left wondering what was the favor. certainly was delay with no communication

I called with a full intention of rebuilding our deck this summer and wanted get a quote, and learn more about the procedures. The guy was extremely rude and confrontational and hung up the phone at the end? Not sure if this is how they are taking on new businesses.

I accepted the quote in November, and he said, "Oh, but Christmas is coming, so we'll need more time." I figured an extra couple of weeks was understandable, but he wanted to start that clock AFTER Christmas, so 6-8 became 10-12. I grudgingly accepted that. By February nobody had come by to even confirm dimensions, so I called to prod him. "Which job is this?" was the response. "Ok, ok, I'll come by on Monday." Monday came and went. Tuesday. Wednesday. You get the idea. Now he's stopped answering the phone or email. Do yourself a favour, find another shop. There are better places around.

I have been in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years. The fact that ONE terminated disgruntled employee who did not understand the basic concept of how to use a tape measure regardless of how much training they were given, or another employee who was being paid to be on site to execute their role but chose to be shopping at the mall or the employee that felt a basic work week was 3 days and not 5 days feels disgruntled for THEIR choices and termination wants to share this; along with having friends/family jump aboard to post false google reviews...is not something any business owner or company can control. Based on my personal experience and opinion I feel this is a great company to work for and it is a great company to work with and this speaks for itself in it's 20 year history of being in the railing industry and it's continued successful growth. It is further reflected in our product lines, our consistent track record with our clients & trade partners for the last 20 years and over 35 employees who have been part of Precision Aluminum's team for varying spans of 5 to 20 years speaks for itself.
