★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience buying from these clowns who practiced nothing but unprofessionalism when dealing with buyers. Development of 35 Park West delayed for over 2 years and counting with no end in sight. ZERO communication with buyers from start to finish with exception of providing notices of delay after notices of delay. If I can give no stars, that would be the best review Washington Properties deserves.
