★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing campground in the east Kootenay. Haven't done Premier lake yet but I would highly rate this place. We lucked out with hot hot days and no fire ban. Great place to camp and explore the area including Kimberley, Fort Steele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little family place in the summer, nice beach area and decent campground amenities. But beware of mosquitoes if the weather has been wet, they are absolutley killer! That said, some bug spray and a positive attitude will make dealing with those pesky little buggers that much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, well kept, quiet and family friendly! One of my favourite places to camp in the Kootenay's and the addition of a shower house a couple years ago is definitely an added bonus. Just across the street from the beach with a playground and public washrooms. Only reason I'd give a 4 star instead of 5, is having an experience with a park person who's 'strictness' for the rules bordered on mean/rude. But, all around, the staff is friendly and fair...definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, very well organized and with superb restrooms/shower facilities. I was pleasantly surprised that the place was packed full of families/kids, and yet, at 8pm sharp all generators were turned off and by 10pm it was absolutely whisper quiet.
