★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a vehicle that was owned and serviced by Warner (shop truck) the maintenance and upkeep was absolutely stellar, as a tradesmen myself I’m extremely picky literally couldn’t pick the vehicle apart, we had a small hiccup with the paperwork and they got on it right away and took care of it like pros thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor communications. Never once told us there were more problems, and never called to see if we wanted them to go ahead and fix anything. Even if they did, they didn't have any parts to complete the job, but wanted to keep our motorhome and work on it the next day. Very disappointed as my husband only goes to Freightliners to have any work done on our motorhome. The labour should of been a quick put in the new part take out the old, and so we paid for all the extras that were not done. We won't be back that's for sure. You need to keep your customers more informed as what is going on with their unit and they can then decide if and so they want you to continue on. Were still waiting a return call from the receptionist.
