The owner Dave will make sure you're super comfy and have everything you need. Also he eats and breathes fishing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our usual procrastinating fashion we waited until June to plan our July fishing trip to Tofino. Not surprisingly, most of the charters were booked. I contacted Mark at WardoWest and he wasted no time in booking us with Alan- an experienced, competent, and amicable captain. In two mornings out we caught our limit early and even latched onto a sizable halibut with salmon tackle. Alan arranged for a local business to cut, vacuum pack, and freeze the fish in preparation for transport. I would, without hesitation, recommend WardoWest for an exciting fishing adventure. If the salmon are out there, Alan will find them.

My wife and I spent a day on the water with Dave as a part of our anniversary weekend..
His knowledge and skill on finding these fish was impressive, not to mention the accommodations he provided for our weekend getaway were extremely comfortable, modern and clean.
Our freezer wasn't big enough for the amount of fish we reeled in.
I will certainly be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second year fishing with WardoWest. I didnt review last year in case my amazing experience was a one-off; but it wasnt! From the lodging to the fishing itself the organization is stellar. Has some of the best Salmon and Crab I've had in my life. Will definitely be going again and suggesting to my employer to make it a 'team-building' trip. Thanks WardoWest, and especially our fantastic guide; Lance.

Beyond providing a great fishing experience and lovely accommodation they provided wonderful suggestions for other things to do around Tofino! Both of their lodging locations provide a west coast vibe and are well looked after not to mention in great locations.

Our guide Kelly, was kind patient and polite from start to finish and his passion was evident and infectious The Tuna Can is as good as any vessel in tofino safe, secure and comfortable. We got Cohos Chinooks and halibuts. We saw eagles bears dolphins otters and whales ready to book next year’s trip.
