It was my first time coming here (if I may add, on a date), and we went to see Glengarry Glen Ross. Such a cute little theatre! I love how intimate the room feels and how much emotion bounces off the walls. The actors are volunteers so you will have a mix of skill level. I can't comment on prices, but in terms of location, it's nicely tucked away from Whyte Ave and Old Strathcona with plenty of parking nearby. It's old, yes... but that's the beauty of it. I highly recommend watching a play here.

Incredible community theatre. I've seen several shows here and they have always been very entertaining. A great way to spend the evening if you're going to be on Whyte Ave

What a great show. A tremendous cast, an impelling story draws you into a heart wrenching play. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Congrats to the players and to the venue.

Beautifully restored turn of the century firehouse. Great theatre venue in the heart of Old Strathcona. Performs a wide variety of different plays. Great people work here...management, production, and acting/direction....all together they create a wonderful theatre going experience:)

I watched the play "next to normal." Personally loved the play great performance from all the actors, musicians, technicians and everyone involved in the play, great job! The play was very good and the acting was very good. Would definitely come back and watch more.

Definitely more of a β€œpresenter” kinda theatre, where the seats are in a C shape and you’re looking at a person. One-man shows are okay, but definitely not the right venue for all shows. If you’re at the extremities of the seats, you’re not going to get a good head-on view. But I like the intimacy of this kind of theatre. You sit relatively close to the stage and in turn, the performer. You don’t feel as distant, which again, makes this venue great for talks, one man shows, storytelling, and so on.

Smallish local theatre in a former fire station. An intimate stage setting and a first class effort overall.

We saw 39 Steps. The cast was very talented. The main actor was awesome with great accent. The story was well done overall. Great casting. I liked how the play was seamless especially during the second act. As the actors were acting they brought out the next scene. Thus, there were not as many black outs. This made the play seem more like a movie and kept its audience very engaged. Great work!
