While Tom was immensely driven and entrepreneurial, he never lost sight of what mattered most: family. In fact, he instilled that same fundamental value within the entire staff of Walsh and created a culture where the Firm family feels nearly as close as the personal one. I signed on in February of this year with Walsh to seek support with a very complicated divorce and custody case. After my initial consultation I went 5 weeks before I heard any word back. I found out in an email that my lawyer had left the firm and I was reassigned to a new lawyer who again was not responsive in any way. I had to repeatedly request some kind of understanding as to where my case was, but they continued to ignore me. You make you feel like you do not matter and the work that was done was without any effort or care just a snap response that lead to more confusion on both sides. My children and I have no support and feel very exposed and without help or security in our case. I left feeling that this firm demonstrated a true lack of care for their clientele. The legal assistant was very unkind and unprofessional. No one answers calls or emails and the only real form of communication I received were invoices for work that I never saw or was privy to. I was never informed about any actionable evidence this work was actually happening. Just a bill. After spending thousands my case has not moved even one step forward. I have left to a new firm and I feel very taken advantage of. I have recieved more support in one week with my new firm then I have in the last 5 months with Walsh. I am so disappointed by their absolute lack of care for their clients.

She helped us through every stage of the proceedings and got me what I needed without having to go to trial. Ashley and her assistant Nina were always accommodating and friendly and a pleasure to work with.

She was well versed in this area and experienced with this judge. Her style was attentive and she was well educated and quite experienced. Trial court can be difficult but we did exactly what I hoped for. I recommend Walsh to anyone who might need this caliber of lawyers. Very happy win my experience and great result.

By far one of the worst client/customer experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend. Rude reception, disorganized, rude assistants. No communication when critical. Nobody in the office at critical times.

The real estate legal assistant that comes to collect the fees is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. She speaks as if she is the lawyer. She spoke over me, did not want to listen to what was discussed with the actual lawyer and skipped passed the conversation to directly ask if the payment was going to be made or not. After seeing multiple accounts of similar stories I'm shocked that no changes have been made.
