They never answered my messages but read them, I wanted a quote and they actually covered me and I want to cancel but there is no one to answer my messages or calls. I wish I can share this screenshot. Update, they finally got back to me by email just to tell me to contact RBC and deal with it myself very stressful and confusing experience with minimal help.
