★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car broke down over the weekend in Langley and as I was pulled over on the side of the road a guy who worked at Walnut Grove Auto Tech pulled over and helped to jumpstart my car. Amazing customer service from someone who wasn't even working and was on his way back from a road trip with his girlfriend. I would highly recommend Walnut Grove Auto Tech!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can go on forever...so I need a tire patched but everyone is closed or busy and I was just calling everyone. Russ says bring it down. We have our kids with us as they fix and change back to repaired tire. My son played their video machine and toys for our little girl too. Then the shocker when I go to pay. Russ says there is no charge. I almost cried. A few days later we buy a used truck from a dealer so we think let's get WG Tech to inspect it. Russ calls me to come in and the truck turns out to be road unsafe and I need to get my money back. Dealer says no refunds so I called WG Tech They give me information to help get my money back if they don't give it back. The dealer talked to WG Tech and I got my money back immediately. This company cares about customers and they have mechanics that are truthful and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Walnut Grove Auto Tech with a broken shock issue. They were able to fit me in after lunch and able to repair my car the same day. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also did a follow--up a couple of days later. I would recommend to my family & friends. Great service!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer here for 10+years. Always great service. Trustworthy, honest and fair. I’ve had multiple vehicles maintained as well as repaired here, from used lemons to brand new. They always suggest cost effective repairs when needed and high end upgrades and repairs when wanted. I have never had cause to question a repair and have never had to come back for faulty or incomplete work. I’ve tried going elsewhere for logistical reasons but always end up back here, regardless of distance, because of the quality of service and communication. They’ve even driven me to and from work on occasion, when needed. As a female professional driver with slightly more than basic knowledge of engines I am very aware when mechanic shops are attempting to snow me on service. Walnut Grove Auto Tech has never given me cause to question a required or suggested repair or service. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I even recommend to people I don’t know who are looking for an honest and skilled mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in for me the same day I called even though I didn't have an appointment. Grabbed it as soon as I showed up and took a quick look at my issue. Found that there wasn't anything wrong and just needed a slight tightening of the wipers. Fixed it promptly and sent me on my way. Amazing service, super kind and overall just a wonderful experience. I have found my new mechanic that I will be going to in the future. Thank you Walnut Grove Auto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing shop- if I lived out in the area I would for sure go there every time. Took a potential used car in for an inspection, they were able to fit us in last minute, and holy moly! Their quick inspection (all they had time for- no wonder they’re so busy!) went over more than another shop had taken 3+ hours to do. They gave maintenance reports and all double checked everything. On top of this they really seem to love what they do! 15/10 recommend them. I was referred to them by a friend who speaks so highly of them, and they went above and beyond what was expected. Will for sure take any cars to them in the future, and will pass them along to anyone in the area!
