★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice quiet building and lots of nice people live here as well.the building is very clean all the time and smells fresh well maintained by management and good security as well management is good here to and very good people that run it too...;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongoing bed bug infestation. The staff here is extremely dishonest and will do anything they can to steal your damage deposit and charge you for any fees they can. An example would be when they tried to charge me for the cost of removing the bed bugs I got from my neighbour. DO NOT RENT HERE.
