C	Color of Paint Time on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too many stuff and not even enough food. The staff are not friendly and after waiting in a line for a long time, the cashier broke (by mistake) the rice bag. She didn't apologize nor got us a new bag.she could have asked someone to bring it to her cashier. She said no. She wanted us to go and grab another bag from the far location and stand on the line again. We left without getting what we came for and not a single apology.

They no longer give you bags and also don't have in stock to purchase so you're stuck bringing your own bags or carrying each item to your car by hand. They've lost my family as a customer and we won't be returning.

e	edz doc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy all the time. Customer service sucks! They don't do Price Matching anymore so that's added disappointment. It's good though that there's a MacDonalds inside so if you have kids, very convenient after you go grocery you can pop in and have them a little snacks or if not the mall inside is nice way for them to stroll inside and find more choices for food in the foodcourt.
D	Debby Fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though masks are no longer mandatory, I was very disappointed to see NO staff wearing them yesterday. The cashier didn't say hello, hi, how are you. I'm not even sure if she knew there was a human at her cash register. No good bye! Have a nice day. Just "here's your receipt". If this is Walmarts way of trying to get us to use the self checkouts, it's not going to work. Hire more staff at your cash registers and put more people to work.

An associate named Mariam helped me find everything I needed. She was such a great help and so nice to talk to. She offered the best customer service, which is why I will be shopping here more often. Thanks Mariam.

Walmart manger denied to gave me any report and promised me that cooperate lawyer will connect with me in this matter. No one called me from the cooperate office so far. Worst experience in dealing with on job manger. I expect someone from Walmart office will give a call and fix the car and damaged it caused.
R	Rishi Madaan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Well organized. Very neat and clean. Shelves were full and tidy. Exact opposite of Walmart located in Marlborough Mall. Floor was not just filled with unopened pallets as you see in Marlborough Walmart. They have a huge bakery section as well. Great job Walmart team at east hills location.
