★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant even justify giving this pharmacy 1 star its that bad all because of the male pharmacist. I was about to leave for travelling and I needed an early release of my prescription since i would be away for a month and a half and my doctor sent a fax for an early release and he still wouldnt do it. he was on edge and was very abrupt and rude and completely cut me off saying he doesnt care what the doctor says. All i can say is i wont be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. My husband has just had a major surgery done and we had the doctor fax his prescription to the pharmacy. That was yesterday at 12:05 pm. I called consistently every hour to see if it was received yet. I kept being told that they did not have it. My husband mean while is in excruciating pain and his medication is no where to be found. Upset and frustrated I drove to our physician's office to inquire about the prescription and whether they sent it . We'll, I am currently holding the paper that says fax sent and OK. The phone number is also correct. I am unsure why I received so much grief from whomever answered the telephone at the pharmacy but I'm definitely not going to be using the Walmart pharmacy in the 404 town center again. When my husband decided to call and let the pharmacy know we have the confirmation page all we got was a " I'm so sorry ". I understand that it technology isn't perfect but this is unacceptable. The fax was sent to the correct number . Thankfully I was able to get his medication elsewhere and he is currently at home recovering. customer be ware !
