β β β β β Fairly new, but can get really hot on the summer, and can get super noisy with the windows open, if you have a direct line of sight to Skytrain.

β β β β β Nice place to see sunrise..moonlight..and the view of neighboring places..decent place to be far from hasstle place in downtown vancouver where lots of sirens from ambulances, police car sirens, smells of marijuana ( if you dont like the smell)..here its like you are in heaven except the roaring sound of Skytrain passing by early morning till midnight..but one day we"ll be used to it and hear nothing
