Pros: strict security rules in place. Very clean. Great location. Amazing views if facing north. 3 elevators - you don’t appreciate it until you lose it.
Cons: was facing the skytrain and it’s REALLY loud. Strict rules on visitors parking - get towed away if stayed more than 4 hours. Printed security announcements shouting at you from every corner which doesn’t contribute to a good vibe.
