I have tried every other clinic in GP and this one is the best hands down. The receptionist is awesome. Always smiling, always helpful and friendly. Makes you feel comfortable when you go in. Dr. SAM BEST DOC IN TOWN. Very busy clinic due to the great doctors but normally never had to wait long. Awesome staff. AWESOME DR. He actually hears you.

Z	Zahra Hatampour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In website says it is open 9 to 5pm. I went there at 4 pm , no patients was in waiting room and receptionist said they are done and they work 10:30 to 2 pm. How people should know your exact working hours? Why you dont respect patient's time? Please update your working hours in website.
A	Ave welder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontline staff (reception) absolutely fantastic. Walk-in clinics are always slow (as is all Canadian 'health care') A+, A1. Would definitely recommend, but call and schedule for early AM.
J	Jody stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the receptionist. She is fabulous. Polite courteous and busy all the time. I appreciate her. The drs are really good. Dr Maas. I am going to miss him, but I’ve met with the new one and he just as nice and thorough as Dr Maas was.
B	B.l.C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place I go to. Walk-in times are never long. The receptionist is very friendly and kind. Always makes me laugh. The few doctors that are in there are good at what they do. I would recommend this place to everyone.

There was not a single person in the waiting room and their hours of operation are until 5pm. When I asked for clarification, the receptionist interrupted me and firmly told me no, if you don’t leave I will call security. Zero customer service skills. All I wanted was an explanation because it didn’t make sense.

When questioned about it, asking the receptionist if this was a walk in clinic… “we’ll it is except for if you’re one of his patient’s and they all have appointments “. Thanks for the info 3 visits later. I left and still didn’t get to see the Dr. If you want good service and care go anywhere else but here. I def won’t be back! This is only a walk in clinic for the leftover people to fill his pay cheque while he sees to his regulars. THIS IS NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!
