★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get through on the phone! Tried 20plus times during the day from 9am onwards. Employ more staff! The walk in doctor I consulted was very good but I couldn’t get through on the phone to pick up the message he had left for me. Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express how grateful I am to have such an amazing family doctor (Dr. Bourdon) in such a beautiful clinic. Dr. Bourdon is always calm, understanding, honest and brilliant. I’m constantly hearing horror stories about how difficult it is to find any family doctor in this area, let alone a fantastic one. I’m not sure how I lucked out, but I’m sure glad I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For four days my wife has tried to get a doctor to okay a refill for an long-standing prescription. She was told to call at 9 AM and has done so, only to be told that 'the clinic is full'. There seems to be no recourse.
