★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. My lawyer Jacob has no communication skills. I've just wanted updates on my case and he's been telling me he'll call me for 1 month now. This law firm is a joke. I have a hard time believing the first 2 reviews are even real.

When I met with them during my appointment I was impressed with their professionalism and great rapport. They provided me with information and knowledge that I was not aware of pertaining to my claim. They also gave me confidence and advised me that once they take over my file that I will not be disappointed. This proved true, as the entire process was quick and stress free for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Never answers phone calls, text messages and emails . Been 4 years waiting for a case to be settled and can't even get any straight answers from this company. Try to call to even speak to them no answer and no option to even leave a message. Not very encouraging at all
