About Waldenway Canine & Kitty Camp
Our pressure washer system is used to clean both the dog runs as well as the beds & mats for each bunkhouse. The exterior of the buildings has concrete floors with a smooth commercial sealant finish to prevent dogs from wearing their pads & nails. The concrete outside makes it easy to pressure wash each run to keep it clean & tidy for the pups staying at camp! Each of the runs are gradually sloped away from the building allowing easy drainage while pressure washing. Separating each run outside is commercial grade chain link fence so that dogs cannot chew through their run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is simply AMAZING!! We got a beagle in spring and started to take her there from time to time. EVERY staff member is friendly, caring and loves the animals.
What happened last weekend was BEYOND Customer Service!
Kali was not feeling well and on meds. This happened on the same day that I was surprising my wife with a Luxurious Cabin at Buffalo Point. The 2 night Lakefront Cabin was extremely expensive and no pets were allowed. Since we did not give notice, it was non refundable. We called Waldenway and explained our situation. They called back and said they would take her and put her in a kennel that was away from all the other dogs and would give her meds.
My wife was actually in tears when we dropped her off, knowing that we can have our getaway and Kali would be so well taken care of!
We cannot Thank you enough for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never bringing my dog back here for grooming, this place is run very unprofessionally and not to mention pretty much run by children. My dog came back from getting a summer haircut (mini poodle) and he was full of cuts al over his neck and face. So unimpressed wish I could get my $65 back because that was so not worth it. Pathetic place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am always very nervous to travel without our dog Otis, but I really shouldn't worry as he gets the best care at Waldenway! He always comes home happy and exhausted from all the fun he's had. I highly recommend purchasing the extra play time if you can, as they provide you with a report and pictures of what your dog gets up to each day. It's adorable! During Otis's recent visit they even trimmed his nails for us which was an awesome surprise given that he isn't exactly cooperative during nail trims. Overall, it is such a relief to have a great option when our dog sitters aren't available, I definitely recommend Waldenway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left our 2 cats with the wonderful staff at Waldenway while on vacation for 10 days. I could not have been happier with the service and care they received! The facility is excellent, and they took amazing care of our girls while we were gone, including giving one cat her insulin injections 2x a day, as well as dropping them off to us in Winnipeg on Good Friday, even though the roads were not fun to drive on! Very impressed and would absolutely take our cats there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doggo was there for 29 nights while I was in treatment. Their text line is wonderful for updates and pictures! He's usually very anxious once he comes home because of how hard being away from me can be. However, every time he goes to Waldenway, he comes home happy as a clam! The staff are amazing and treat our babies like family. Would 10000% recommend.
They also threw in a bunch of free extras since he was there so long, and that definitely helped with my piece of mind and wallet.
