Ça fait déjà 9mois et j'ai jamais repris ses livres perdu par la suite grâce à ses conseils sur mon alimentation.

I had 20 pounds to lose which I lost in just 2 months with his programs. Vincent is not only very competent at the muscular level but also at the level of the diet. It's been 9 months already and I never regained his lost pounds afterwards thanks to his advice on my diet.
