Nothing but trouble from start to finish. Worst customer service imaginable. Long hold times on calls, and they hang up on you after long wait music. Very difficult getting Covid-19 refunds.

I checked WestJet's rates from Ottawa to Vancouver for September 4-9 and then called Holly Fisher at Itravel 2000 to see if she could match it plus honour WestJet's policies regarding refund or changes. She said "YES". I should mention that I have booked trips down south (Mexico/Dominican Republic) for the past 3 or more years and in this case wanted to give my business to Itravel 2000 (I also purchased cancellation insurance at an extra cost). As it happened my sister in Winnipeg with whom I was sharing hotel accommodation became unfit to travel--she has a broken ankle. When I emailed Holly to explain the circumstances and that in view of now having to bear on my own the $150.00 per night hotel rate (6 nights) at the Ocean Promenade in White Rock, B.C., could I change the date to September 5-9, she called me to say "NO". Her explanation was that to get the cheapest WestJet rate at the time of booking (the rate has since gone down which is guaranteed by WestJet to match if price falls), she had to go through a "CO-ORDINATOR" who refused to honour any of WestJet's policies--CONTRARY TO WHICH SHE ASSURED ME ITRAVEL 2000 WOULD. WHY THE NEED FOR A CO-ORDINATOR WHEN I FOUND THE PRICE ON MY OWN ON THE INTERNET???? I called WestJet to explain and they took down full notes and advised me to call the Itravel 2000 supervisor and ask for a tape of our conversation wherein Holly assured me WestJet's policies would be honoured, on which strength I made the booking. I did so and instead of the supervisor calling me back and verifying the taped assurance, Holly called me back and reiterated that my only option was to lose the entire $813.00 plus travel insurance of $56.00 and then fight with the insurance company for reimbursement! Really! I called WestJet back and explained all of this and in 5 minutes they took over my booking and made the change requested, and did not charge a change fee for doing so. My respect for Westjet soared; my respect for Itravel 200 has gone. The lesson here is that you cannot trust what Itravel 2000's agents promise.

it's been 2 months now and im still waiting for my refund of $2750.00 cad. As per Itravel 2000 (Brinda) they will re-send the refund. Brinda e-mail. **Hello, Please ignore tthe previous email as she was unaware of the 50% refund. As per our previous conversation,Sunwing advised the refund of $2760.00 will appear on your card in 5-10 business days: on the original credit card that was used to purchase your previous trip. Date on e-mail was sent on June 11th

I bought a ticket with Itravel2000. I received and email saying that the transaction was being processed and that a costumer service rep will contact me soon. They never did. When I called them the rep told me that he will call me back within an hour to double check the cc (not sure why he couldn’t do it as we spoke) I asked him if the seats were reserved for me and the answer was yes. He never called so I call again only to be told the ticket was no longer available. No idea why! The agent tried to sell me a ticket from Toronto (I live in Montreal). Do not waste your time with this company. Go to the airline website and buy your ticket there. The agent was defensive and got upset and sarcastic when I asked for his name and employee number. Awful service!

This company is useless! When the travel difficulties kick in such as a cancelled flight or a general itinerary disruption they will say anything to try to avoid doing anything to help you. I will never use them again. It seems to me that they are a front sales company for a holiday and flight clearing house and you should avoid any bookings with them. Our experience 8n the last two weeks was horrible and caused enormous stress and hours on the phone from overseas at high call rates. Opinion Sincerely advised to fellow travelers.

Booked a trip, straight flight from montreal to st martin, they than decided to add a stop to toronto. Losing another 6 hours to go and come back. Time lost from my trip. From a 4 hour flight, it became a 10 hour travel duration. Not only they refused to cancel and refund my trip, they literally laughed and had no sympathy. I used itravel for years, they have lost me as a customer unless they make it right. bunch of dishonest thieves!

Booking a trip is easy with itravel2000 just as it is with any other travel site. Unfortunately, I booked an AirCanada Vacation but itravel listed it as a 4 star when AirCanada has it at 3 stars... Thought I was getting an awesome price, in fact, I just got screwed over. When I contacted customer service they claimed the rating is not their fault. Great customer service...not ! Anyways, next trip will be with a more reputable travel site.
