★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement la représentante qui m'a répondu ne connaissait pas les règles en matière de vaccination pour un départ vers l'Italie dans 3 semaines. Elle voulait que je réserve d'abord avant de me donner l'information, ce qui est illogique car certaines personnes mentionnent que cela prendrait 3 doses 15 jours avant la date de départ. La dame m'a raccroché par ailleurs la ligne lorsque je lui ai dit que de réserver sans savoir ne faisait pas de sens.
Unfortunately the representative who answered me did not know the rules in terms of vaccination for a departure for Italy in 3 weeks. She wanted me to book first before giving me the information which is illogical as some people mention that it would take 3 doses 15 days before check out date. The lady also hung up the line on me when I told her that booking without knowing didn't make sense.
