I was shocked at the unprofessional conduct and am considering sending a letter to the professional accountants association.

He is incredibly knowledgable and his team were available at short notice to liaise with my bank manager as they provided my previous years income history to approve a loan. So appreciative!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly unprofessional. Save your time and aggravation. After an initial consultation where he agreed to provide a tax service, he then completely ignored us. For months he would not return phone calls, emails and letters. Always some excuse from staff. No explanations or even the courtesy to inform us that he wasnt going to provide the service he had agreed to.
