β β β β β We were loyal customers of Good Eyes optical until we realized they are quite dishonest with their pricing. I wouldn't mind so much if there was a sticker price but they seem to arbitrarily decide on the price spontaneously. They also reassure you this is the best price and we honestly want to trust them. Obviously it is naive on our part. Always check online when shopping for sunglasses especially as most online retailers are still 30% to 50% cheaper.

β β β β β Was served by Alan today. Purchase my 2nd pair of glasses from them (before it was called Good Eyes). Alan was able to quickly show me different brands of glasses after I specified which style I was looking for. I think they are restricted by certain insurance companies if you wish to claim. The staff will also verify with you during the shopping process. I would still recommend this place if you are purchasing glasses out of your own pocket.

β β β β β I've been going here for my prescription glasses for many years when they were called Good Eyes and I always received great service. A year ago I purchased Ray Ban sunglasses as they were listed as an authorized dealer (now called V Optical). Just like in the past, they were quick to help and the guy behind the counter suggested a pair of sunglasses that fit my face well and look great. I only wish they had suggested polarized lenses, as I later ordered them from my eye doctor.
Today I went to get one of the nose pads replaced on my prescriptions, and they replaced both nose pads within a few minutes for free. All they asked me was if I bought the glasses from them. Overall, I would highly recommend them (especially if you don't have vision insurance), as they provide great service, stylist frames, and fair prices.

I always refer people to Steven. He's the best! Excellent service, knowledgeable about the products, and up to date about new styles and trends. He made great recommendations that suits my face, needs and budget.

β β β β β Alan was AMAZING! He helped me select 2 pairs of glasses to buy on 12-Sept and was very patient. He took his time to help with the selection. Also, he gave me the glasses in store in the same day!
Wonderful service, I would definitely recommend going to Voptical.

β β β β β I have been a regular client of Voptical (even prior previous change of owner from "Good eye optical). Shawn is very helpful. Pricing is very competitive and they are authorized optical of Luxxotica (which holds Ray-Ban, etc glasses). Terrific service, great pricing - highly recommended.

β β β β β I would give them no stars. One of the salesman is extremely rude. I bought a brand name sunglasses from this optical store before. Instead of giving me the same brand name sunglasses case, they gave me a big chunky black case (the sunglasses case was from their previous owner before they took over this business.) I went with a friend to purchase prescription eye glasses and told them this issue (I didnβt even ask for the brand name sunglasses case) but just to let them know the issue. The salesman argued with me that they did gave me the same brand name sunglasses case. If they did gave me the brand name sunglasses case, why would I end up with this big chunky sunglasses case! He had an attitude and didnβt respect his customers.
