★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When looking to lease a new SUV in the spring of 2022, and, after researching online and in person, I finally chose to take a closer look at a Volvo XC40.
As such, I established a great working relationship with Mr. Rémy Murray, Desk Manager at Volvo Cars Mount-Royal.
This gentleman is not only competent, extremely knowledgeable, and great at explaining all that is to know when approaching a Volvo car for the first time (my case), but also, he is most pleasant, patient, helpful, and, thanks to God, not at all pushy.
A great experience !
So, I got the car, by the way, a great choice. Thank you Rémy !

He was very thoughtful, professional, efficient, and he worked really hard to please a very happy customer like myself with my new Volvo XC40! I literally got everything I wanted for the price I was looking for! Ismail is really your guy if you want amazing service and a salesman who takes his time to show you every single Volvo models available, so you can pick the right one for yourself! We received the most exceptional customer service, starting with our first phone interaction through the entire sales process with Charles and later, when arranging the financing with Remi. Both these gentleman were extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I cannot recommend Volvo Mont-Royal highly enough.
