My car was kept with them for over 3weeks to "change my transmission". They keep sayin it will be done tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow! "Tomorrow" never comes. Until it was the last straw, they told me they were gonna receive a new transmission the next day, so i called, they said they ARE WORKING ON IT CHANGING THE TRANSMISSION, I warned them that i would come to check the car the same day, they said "ok".... So i go there, my car HASNT BEEN TOUCHED AND IT WAS STILL PARKED WHEN I LEFT IT THERE.
The owner said they have 25 years of experience with transmissions,
But the first time they claimed they changed it, my car got stuck 2 days later.
Only to find out it was the SAME transmission! (Inspector checked)
They said they changed my transmission but they lied, i got it inspected. IT WAS THE ORIGINAL TRANSMISSION.
The owner did not even want to give our keys back to get it inspected. So basically they knew they would get caught!
25 years with no problem with any clients??? Ya right. They are NOT HONEST. I originally brought my car to Auto Vi but they brought my car to B express garage. They get paid by Auto Vi because B express does the repair...
Lesson learned : always make sure the garage you're going to is a good one. Some people only care about money and getting things done without doing it properly!!!
