★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s old but still great the place is like a maze without a map it is hard for a gym type place it closes way to early if you are going for the gym just go to a 24 7 gym it’s still good tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can only use the drop in services if you are a paying member. This makes the facility so inaccessible to many families. It's ridiculously. I understand operating at reduced capacity but making it only accessible to paying members is so unfair to low income families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: the ice rinks, main gym and group fitness areas. The bad: everything else including a laughable pool, average fitness center, poorly designed indoor access with weird ramps and unnecessary hallways, doorways/stairways etc and average changeroom areas (with terrible, no-privacy showers) Ever since this place opened it has seemed like most of the facility missed the plot. Hopefully the expansion will address some of it's shortcomings, however, given the admission rates these days there are better choices now in the North, especially if you're simply after a decent fitness center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly our family love this place and I might change my review after a while. I am just putting it here to caught their attention of why they are closing the facility for a full year. I know expansion and blah blah, but come on! It just looks like you using these as excuses? You are doing the construction in other side of the wall, so let people use the facility on this side. It is just hard to explain this to my 7 years old which it will be closed for more than a year ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys shutting down is literally ruining my life this is the only recreational place that is near me and I can’t go to anywhere else because their all so far. Without recreation my dream of playing pro basketball is getting ruined as I theirs no other courts because it’s freaking winter. It’s a expansion not a renovation why you guys closing everything down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used basic gym for booked soccer It was fine. Check in quick. Didnt use pool. Will try it sometime. Walk to gym far uf mobility issues. There is an elevator but still a far walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go for daily exercise. With a full gym, large swim pool, steam room, its perfect for the whole family. Only thing is the shower heads are weak and the area is a bit dirty.
