★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vitrum Glass is notorious for having poor quality products with many defects. All the employees are treated like dirt, mostly forced to work weekends and holidays. My experience with these people has rubbed me the wrong way, and I will never deal with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i started as Help Desk and Network Administrator just for three months, i raised an idea to correct failover DHCP server configuration, so one of my coworker get upset about my idea and he started to fight, abnormal behavior, and playing game with me by conveying their mistakes to me. Therefore; i realized 50% this IT dept is not free of anger, hostility, misunderstandings, and conflict that makes me really tired and got back pain and colon pain. i tried a lot to stay and resolve the conflict, but even between each other they are not happy and they don't have clear communication. Overall, i decided to leave this company, because in my point of view i couldn't see to have productive, motivate, and healthy environment. On addition, they don't like new idea and they don't want to listen to you especially if you'r new on this post. However, the Current and new IT Manager is professional and he is great listener, but it is very difficult working with current IT team in support department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad first impression not expected from HR. I went for an interview and the HR Lady Ruchita kept me waiting for 16 mins and chatting in front of me, it was insulting as she approached me no HI OR Hello JUST "ARE YOU A TRUCK DRIVER" Zero Etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ management is very poorly. They don’t tell you about the people who positive for covid19 basically hide it and not tell the workers. The outbreak happened because they don’t tell workers what’s going really going on and how many cases they get in a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got a call to come for interview on wednesday for weekend work. HR Farnaaz and Sachin they interviewed me. The moment they started all they talked how my resume said I had done too many jobs. I don't understand if you didn't find anything good about my resume why waste my time and yours. The resume was there when I applied online, if you have problem with my profile just don't call waste my time. Both those guys were asking stupid questions and to me it felt they didn't wanted to hire the moment my interview started. I hope they respect other people time. Not that keep calling people for interview but when they reach there not a single thing you find good and you just called them to show to management you guys are doing your job. The lady Farnaaz she had like different attitude about her. Being just a HR recruiter she was trying to be over smart. Even if she was owner I dont care you just respect other people time if you don't have anything to do then maybe sit home. I don't want to come and waste my time to listen what is wrong with my profile whole time. I really hope before hiring employees company need to hire better HR employees. I can be HR and keep calling everyone for interview whosoever apply.
