Bonjour,
Le service a été courtois lorsque j’ai fais changer mon pare brise par contre J’ai été très déçu de voir que mon tableau de bord avait été endommagé dans le processus. Suite a mon review original et contact avec eux, ils ont pris la décision de faire réparé le tableau de bord. La réparation a eu lieu hier, très satisfait du résultat. Ils avaient même laver mon véhicule, c'est une belle attention.
Je crois que si le technicien avait aviser, des actions auraient été pris plus rapidement et aurait éviter les frustrations de découvrir son véhicule endommagé.
Par contre quand une entreprise prend la responsabilité et fait le nécessaire pour corriger la situation faut aussi le noter.
Je fais des reviews honnête, je le dis quand je ne suis pas satisfait et je mets a jour lorsque la situation change. Merci a Marie-Ève de s’être occuper du dossier.

Hello,
The service was courteous when I changed my windshield however I was very disappointed to see that my dashboard had been damaged in the process. Following my original review and contact with them, they made the decision to have the dashboard repaired. The repair took place yesterday, very satisfied with the result. They even washed my vehicle, that's a nice touch.
I believe that if the technician had advised, actions would have been taken more quickly and would have avoided the frustrations of discovering his damaged vehicle.
However, when a company takes responsibility and takes the necessary steps to correct the situation, it should also be noted.
I do honest reviews, I say it when I'm not satisfied and I update when the situation changes. Thanks to Marie-Ève for taking care of the file.

D'abord le service incroyable; rapide, courtois, attentionné. J'ai même eu droit à un véhicule de courtoisie. Prix très compétitif , ils ont égalé le prix de la concurrence moins 25$. Impressionnée par la gestion du personnel. L'ambiance est détendue et agréable. Mais par dessus tout , je suis incroyablement satisfaite du lavage. Elle est comme neuve ! Pour ce qui est du sablage des phares, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion encore de conduire la nuit mais visuellement le résultat est incroyable ! Donc expérience client 10/10 et rapport qualité/prix 10/10 !!!
I went there to have my vehicle's interior washed and my front headlights sandblasted. I am very impressed ! First the amazing service; fast, courteous, attentive. I even got a courtesy vehicle. Very competitive price, they matched the price of the competition less $25. Impressed with the staff management. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. But above all, I'm incredibly happy with the wash. She is like new! As for the blasting of the headlights, I haven't had the opportunity to drive at night yet, but visually the result is incredible! So customer experience 10/10 and value for money 10/10!!!
